We are very excited to announce that registration for Cosmos After-School will be open as of Monday, September 28th and will be ongoing!
Will run from October 5th to December 18th.
Be held from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm each week, Monday to Friday.
Will have weather dependent outdoor events on Fridays, subscribe to our newsletter to hear about these events as they are announced!
Will include activities such as group games, homework help, and educational workshops!
Cosmos After-School will be located at the House of Friendship, 120 Duluth Ave E, Montreal, Quebec H2W 1H1. Please be aware that this location is located in a basement down a flight of stairs.
Please ensure that your children are sent to Cosmos After-School with the following:
At least one snack
A water bottle
A mask or face covering to be worn in indoor common areas (required for children aged 10 and up, optional for kids 9 and under)
Children can be dropped off and picked up at any time during the 2:00 pm-7:00 pm block of time. Parents and guardians will text the director the name and age of their child at pickup time and a staff member will escort the child to their adult. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email that will include this phone number. Please be aware that due to COVID-19 parents and guardians are not permitted to enter the building at drop off or pickup.
PLEASE NOTE THAT COSMOS AFTER-SCHOOL HAS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 20 CHILDREN IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN COVID-19 SAFETY AND WELLNESS PROTOCOL. IF WE REACH CAPACITY YOUR CHILD WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF SPACE FOR YOUR CHILD OPENS UP.

Use the links below to register for Camp Cosmos. We welcome campers ages 5-11. For youth ages 14-17 see the Youth Leadership Program (Montreal only). Campers can be registered for all six weeks of camp or for a selection of weeks. Spaces at camp are limited, particularly for campers who require the accompaniment of a shadow, and are allotted on a first comes first served basis.
Please note that your space will not be held until we have received your deposit (payment for the first and last weeks of camp). Please note that due to high demand spaces fill up quickly. Campers who are registered will not have their spaces reserved until a deposit is received, and will be put on a wait list if our groups are full. Remaining payments can be made at the time of registration or in person on the Monday of each week of camp. Camp fees are now on a sliding scale (read more here), and campers will not be denied a place at camp due to lack of funds. New this year, we will be accepting payments online by credit card in addition to by cash or cheque at our office.
As per our cancellation policy, we require two weeks of notice for cancellation of any particular week of camp in order to refund the deposit (review all camp policies here). If a week is missed without notice, the deposit will be applied as payment for that week and parents will be required to pay for the final week of camp.
